i have a couple:

1. start it  =P (glaringly obvious, but still)
2. regular writers should have a page with pix where they can be contacted

In fact, I'm going to help out by writing an article.  I'm headed to North Queensland tomorrow for a few days, I might write something about the experience.

Keep adding suggestions guys (I'll be back when I get more ideas), but remember, it's not just about ideas, we need to set this thing into action!
